Highway Records, established in 2008 and run by Mike Spirit, is Moscow-based label, which unites talented Russian sound producers (SCSI-9, Spieltape, BarBQ, Dave Pad, Asaga, Agraba, etc.) and a huge international crew — such top notch artists from all over the world as Hernan Cattaneo, Gui Boratto, Robert Babicz, Phonique, Terry Lee Brown Junior, The Timewriter, Ian Pooley, Gorge, Alex Niggemann, Martin Dawson, Hector and many more. Highway Records vinyl and digital releases receive a big support from the main players of the scene — John Digweed and Nick Warren, Dave Seaman and Luca Bacchetti, DJ T. and Oliver Koletzki, X-Press 2 and Subb-an, to name a few — as well as regular placements in Beatport’s deep house and tech house top 100 and prestigious Resident Advisor’s most charted tracks of the month/year list. Highway is a well-known brand, which includes label management agency, 2 sublabels (What’s In The Box and Cooltool) and regular showcases at the best clubs of Russia.
